Google Analytics (GA4) Expert

About The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Analytics (GA4) Manager to join our team. As a GA4 Expert, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Google Analytics to track website and app performance metrics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, set up tracking mechanisms, generate insights, and provide recommendations to improve digital marketing strategies and website/app user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Google Analytics (GA4) for websites and mobile applications.
• Develop custom tracking solutions and event tagging strategies to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and user interactions.
• Analyze website/app traffic, user behavior, and conversion data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to monitor performance and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to define tracking requirements and implement data-driven solutions.
• Conduct A/B testing, segmentation analysis, and cohort analysis to evaluate marketing campaigns, website features, and user engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new features within Google Analytics and other relevant analytics platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience working with Google Analytics (GA4) and proficiency in configuring advanced tracking features.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio or Tableau.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for implementing tracking codes and custom event tracking.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Google Analytics certification.
