Growth Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an innovative and strategic Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels to fuel client growth. You will develop data-driven strategies, and execute marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies and campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels (e.g., paid media, email marketing, social media, content marketing).
  • Lead cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, paid media, analytics) to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audience segments.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize the user journey, improve conversion rates, and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing and experimentation plans to optimize marketing campaigns, messaging, and tactics for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive business results.
  • Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources, and optimize spend to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve growth targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in growth marketing, and share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through digital marketing channels.
  • Strong understanding of growth marketing strategies, tactics, and tools (e.g., paid media, email marketing, SEO, content marketing, conversion rate optimization).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
