Marketing Manager

About The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Manger to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting various marketing initiatives, including content marketing, social media management, email marketing, sales support, and website maintenance. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, engage with our audience, and contribute to the growth of our agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and distribution of engaging content across multiple platforms, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Manage and maintain the agency's social media profiles, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Support email marketing campaigns by creating and designing email templates, segmenting subscriber lists, and analyzing campaign metrics.
  • Provide sales support by assisting in the development of sales materials, presentations, and proposals for potential clients.
  • Assist in website maintenance tasks, including updating content, images, and other multimedia elements using content management systems (CMS).
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the media industry.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and partners as needed to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events, webinars, and other promotional activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Previous experience or internship in marketing, advertising, or related field (experience in a media agency is a plus).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) and social media management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and deliverables.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn and adapt.
