Paid Search Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Paid Search Manager to join our team. As a Paid Search Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive client objectives and deliver measurable results. You will lead a team of paid search specialists, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage client relationships to ensure successful campaign execution and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid search strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search advertising platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy development, and landing page optimization to maximize campaign performance and achieve client goals (e.g., lead generation, sales, conversions).
  • Manage and optimize paid search budgets, bids, and targeting parameters to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign settings for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, analytics, account management) to develop integrated marketing strategies and ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new features within paid search advertising platforms, and share knowledge with the team.
  • Manage client relationships, provide regular campaign updates, and present performance reports and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in paid search advertising, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on driving results and achieving KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of paid search advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and related tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
  • Experience with keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and landing page optimization strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
  • Google Ads certification and other relevant certifications (preferred).
