About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, and creating engaging content to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve client objectives. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to execute social media campaigns that align with business goals and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to achieve client objectives and KPIs.
  • Manage and oversee social media accounts, including content planning, publishing, community management, and performance tracking.
  • Create and curate engaging content (e.g., posts, images, videos, stories) that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
  • Develop social media calendars, content schedules, and publishing plans to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, and engage with followers to foster positive relationships and build brand loyalty.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, account management, analytics) to develop integrated marketing campaigns that leverage social media channels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing, and share knowledge with the team and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles within a media agency, brand, or digital marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies and campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and business results.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices across different channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with audiences across various social media platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze social media performance metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation, with the ability to adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
